Valençay Castle at 20 minutes

The castle is endowed with a rich historical furniture and benefits from a large park of about fifty hectares alternating gardens and forest estate. It also played an important role during the Second World War as a repository for works of art from the Louvre.

Today, the castle is driven by the desire to share a unique experience with visitors who will appreciate the art of living in all its components as well as the vibrations of a living place.

The former minister can also be seen walking in the beautiful French garden that precedes the castle.

Today, black swans, ducks, peacocks… roam freely. The large trees of the park house the enclosures of the fallow deer, llamas and kangaroos.
